If you’re looking to drive more innovation and accountability in others, whilst creating more space for yourself, this programme will help you build the skills to be more coach-like in your leadership.
This programme will help you to:
- Know when and how to adopt a coaching approach
- Ask better questions to encourage ownership in others
- Break the habit of always fixing things for others
- Genuinely listen to understand rather than respond
- Step back and be more hands-ready than hands-on
- Apply coaching in a wide range of business contexts
What’s the format?
Both programmes have the same format and include:
- An initial workshop in person in London from 10am – 4.30pm
- Two virtual follow- up sessions for 2 hours each
- Access to a dedicated online Learning Platform with resources
- Live feedback and coaching in the moment from Hustle House coaches
- Opportunity to expand your network and learn from people outside your organisation

Places are limited to 12 for all our open programmes with a maximum of 2 participants from one organisation.

The cost per person for each programme is £845 + VAT.
